East Honolulu Residents Directory is a private reference that describes and links to public rolls, indexes, and historical directory collections for East Honolulu, Hawaii. It is not affiliated with a government office, court, library, or custodian and does not host the underlying government records.
2. Acceptable Use
Use the service and any information reached through it only in a lawful way. You must not:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reports
